Porting tips for FAST 90 runners?
Just ordered the FAST 90mm and a Nick Williams 90mm TB. Sean at Speed Eng. hooked me up with a great price! I'm looking to port the intake runners to match the heads. I'm gonna pull my LS6 and make a mold of the AS head ports. Any tips on the actual porting of the manifold. I've never played with plastic much, but pretty handy with a dremel and hand sanding on aluminum. Just looking for a clean up of the ports and any tips/info is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I talked to allan about doing it. I might make the mold of my port and send it to him! That looks GREAT! I'll try one port on my own and if it turns out good, then I'll do them. If not, off to Futral!

I'm using a mold of plaster of paris and allowing it to harden in the head port. It will have a screw stuck in it while it drys so I can pull it out. I'll shave it smooth on the end and use it as a template for the intake runners.

www.speed-eng.com Ask for Sean and tell him that John from Florida sent ya! Best deal I've seen on the intake!
