First drive: Fast 90/90 - Hmm.
Just drove the car for 20 miles.
Revs hold at 1400-1500 rpms for about 20 seconds and eventually settle back down to 1000 (idle).
The car needs tuning for the new intake and exhaust setup (just about everything was swapped out- that's another thread altogether), it's relearning idle.
I don't want to point the finger at the FAST 90mm TB just yet, but it's looking like it's gonna act up/stick on me. I'll keep updating this thread.

It did stick at 2000 rpm for a bit. But went back down. Maybe it's just idle relearn (I hope).

ATAP the car and physically see what your throttle position is. If it is at 0%, then it would most likely be programming and not the throttle body.
The reason I say this is because I have the same issue. My rpm hovers around 2000rpm when I push in the clutch until I come to a complete stop then it returns slowly to 875 rpm idle.
I checked my throttle position and it is at 0.0% when I push in the clutch and coast to a stop, but the rpm hovers at 2k before coming back down.
Just an option to look at before sending it out.

I'm just a little quick to jump the gun on the TB sticking as I've been reading about many others sticking for months now.
It's at least good to know FAST was responsive to my call.

Did u do the tweeks to the TB (Peen mod and redrill the shaft so the arm cant move)
If not u need to fix the TB...
Mine works flawlessly...
It reads .04% and 25 on the IAC

I'm currently putting break in miles on the clutch and rear, so tuning will occur next week. I'll take those IAC readings to the tuner with me.

The FAST TB is a piece of ****, plain and simple. I took mine off the other night, put the TPIS on, and it made a WORLD of difference. The throttle response was 100x better, and no more of that sticking BS. The extra money is worth it.

Drove the car to work again today with no idle issues.
I'm still going to do the set screw and peen mod when I have some free time this weekend.

I'm in contact with them now as they are working to resolve my problems. I'm providing them a couple of the threads that discuss the problems and solutions people have used.
