Default Just finished my exhaust setup and I am very happy

Well I spent months reading and trying to figure out where I was going to go with my exhaust and in the last 2 months I did it.

I went from stock exhaust with a flowmaster 80 (copy cat) that I got with the car when I bought it, to Mac Mid length headers/Cats/Y pipe and now I have the Magnaflow cat back.

All I can say is it is great.

The car does not drone in the cabin at 65 mph like it used to but still has a strong rumble. I had some rasp before and now I do not and when the RPMs reach over 3,000 RPM at acceleration the exhaust note gets nice and mean. I am difinetly glad I went with this route.

I also have nice clearance under the car and when I had the magnaflow installed the shop was able to make sure the Y pipe was not hanging down.

Now all I need is a HP Tuner so i can adjust the air to fuel since it is running a bit rich.

Thanks for letting me share

I have a file I uploaded with the car at idle then giving it some gas. Large file 50 MB.

---DELETE old link---

*** edit *** I reduced file size greatly and now it should be a quick download and 56k is OK.

New link to exhaust

Sounds good. You should make a driveby/takeoff vid.

Thanks

I will try to get one. I also want one when it is a little warmer and the car is cleaner. It was below 30 degrees today and they salted the roads.
