problem with qtp cutout???

problem with qtp cutout???
i havent even had it for more than a month and its already not working. i dont know whats going on, you can hear the motor but the the plate itself doesnt move. i was going to call qtp tomorrow and see what they say. has anyone here have a problem like me before?????

I e-mailed QTP about one of mine coming loose and they gave me crap about not having enough clearence, even though there is a good 1" on all sides. Both are still loose and I'm hoping they don't fall apart.

Mine blew apart on the interstate a while back. The screws holding the motor onto the assembly worked their way out and I lost all the gears inside. The QTEC is useless now without rebuilding. Called QTP and they did not mention a warranty and wanted $30 to fix it.
