FAST 90mm & TPIS 90mm TBs *PICS*
Just a visual comparo.
The FAST 90's spring is tiny compared to the TPIS.
This evening, the FAST is coming off and the TPIS is going on.
FAST:
see the tiny spring off to the side with the bracket off.....
TPIS:
TPIS's customer service rocks by the way. I placed the order 24 hours ago.
So far, the movement of the TPIS is fluid (by hand), from 0 to 90 degrees.
The FAST would get stuck between 0 and 5 degrees.

I think the FAST looks better. For as much as TPIS is charging, you would think they would coat the cam and tube to make it look more visibly appealing... I'll keep my fast and adjust it....

TPIS customer service kick ***, the quality is great and when they found out a had one of the few TB that they had a problem with they contacted me so I could ship it back to them and the turn around was 4 days.

Edited (rephrased the reply).......
"Lazier" implies I did nothing to correct the problem device (even though one really should not have to "fix" a $500 TB that's been in production for about a year now). There has been plenty of time to correct this TB and only now is when there have been some developments heading in the right direction.
I indeed tried "fixing" the TB. I was apparently too "lazy" to succeed in fixing it correctly, therefore, my "lazy" self picked up the phone and dialed a competitor who seems to have his stuff together and I've purchased another TB which seems to work fine out of the box in terms of mechanical movement (the FAST TB would stick- even by hand).

I should wish that EVERYTHING I bought for my car came broken and that I had to personally fix it by hand after I just paid 450 bucks for it. And then when I grind and cut on it and it still doesnt work, I can write in my ebay listing that i did some self clearancing on the blade, because I'm sure that will help the value of that worthless paperweight.

I apologize for saying lazy, I really didn't mean anything by it. All I had to do to fix mine was make sure the TPS bearing was seated, drill a dimple in the shaft for the set screw to hold the cam properly and clearance the blade a bit by holding the TB up to a light seeing where it was touching and marked it with a marker. I pulled the blade and filed it down a small amount and reistalled it. I held the tb back up to the light and made sure I could just barely see light all around the edges. The throttle body does not stick and is very smooth.

It's been raining all night. Haven't had a chance to bolt this thing on yet.
Note; this thing doesn't come with sensors (you've gotta bitch them off your stock TB- that's one thing that isn't too cool about it).
Here's some more pics.....
