Default LS1 exhaust heat shielding identical to the LT1?

I don't have my stock heat shielding (over axle and gas tank) from my 99 because I've been running a dump forever and I threw it away.

I'm about to put a Hooker catback on the car... my friend that I'm buying it from has an LT1 TA, he said I can have his shielding. Are the pieces the same, LT1 to LS1 and TA/Camaro?

I think they are. Or they're real close.

hmm.. you can try. But the 99 & up cars have a different gas tank (plastic). Not sure if it made a difference in the shielding.
