the connections are slip fit, then you can clamp or weld them to hold. if you clamp use 3" stainless steel band clamps. the y pipe to catback connection is the same slip fit type. you'll need o2 extensions for the front o2's.

U can get them from TSP if u are already getting the stuff from them. Yea u have 2 02's before the cats and 2 after. The Y-pipe slips right over the headers and in side the catback. Seeing that ur getting a TSP Y pipe im only guessign that ur getting it from them, it already comes with band clamps for the header to y pipe connection.

well there's 4 o2's, two pre cat, two post cat. the Y pipe you get wont have rear o2 provisions so you'll need o2 sims or have somebody turn the codes off with programming.

you'll need o2 extensions for the front o2's, supposedly corvette rear o2 sensors are long enough to fit but i dont have any personal experience with them and have not seen there exact length.

any number of sponsors carry o2 extensions; TR, TSP, MTI, ect

the rear Vette O2 sensors are plenty long enough and have been working great on my car.
