Default Y pipe differences

What is the difference between brands of Ypipes? If you take 2 uncatted, mandrel bent, 3 inch, stainless steel Ypipes what makes them different other than name and cost? Just something I was thinking about.

Not a whole helluva lot. Most are not stainless but aluminized (sp?). Some more expensive ones may have a true collector instead of two pipes welded together, this is better for flow. And last but not least different companies may bend their pipe a certain way for either better ground clearence or reduced floor banging.

Quality of material (SS used), design (collector flow, etc), coating
