Default air removal

What are the HP gains from removing the air system, the one with the electric pump.?

None, just some weight savings off the front end and some clean up of the engine compartment.

like parbreak said. Just yank it out if you can get away with it; it makes spark plug changes a bit easier too.

no hp gains, it only runs untill the cats warm up. makes everything a bit cleaner looking under the hood and drops a few lbs.

plus you loose that annoying fan sound when you crank the car (biggest plus for me).

Thanks I'll just leave it in place. If it was worth like 3 or 5 rwhp It would have went.
