Default QTP Y pipe ground clearance question

I am finishing my QTP header install and I need some opinions on the attached pictures. I think this is too low, simply because the passanger side tucked up very nice but the drivers side seems to hang low.

Yup, mine looks just like the second pic too. I "massaged" the drivers side cat to keep it from banging and tuck it up as far as I could.

Im going to be installing my QTP LTs and OR Y pipe next weekend. Did you have any trouble w/ the Y pipe install? Its the only part Im worried about. Any tips would be great.

Y pipes are pretty straight forward...just make sure you look at a picture of how it is supposed to be, and just mount it up...once you get under the car i think it becomes pretty obvious anyhow...

you may need to have the I-pipe cut some. i had to cut about 4" off then had the reducer welded to the merge collector and I-pipe.

I cut about 7" off mine and as elite22xl said get a friend. I did mine by myself and it would have been much easier with an extra set of hands. I spent about 4 hours adjusting and readjusting mine till I was happy with it. Good luck.

with the extra set of hands we put mine on in about 45 minutes, if we didnt have to take it apart 3 times for forgetting clamps on the pipes we would have had it done in about 20
