low coolant light is on and no leak
my low coolant light is coming on, the red box with an arrow pointing down.... i have put antifreeze in it 3 times and the light keeps coming on and the third time the tube over flowed. And the light is still on. I got under the car and didn't notice any leaks. Is it going into my block or is the sensor screwed up? Has anyone experienced this at all?

Is your car a 99? I had the low coolant light come on, turns out it was a sensor assembly (passenger side of rad near the top) replaced under warranty--not sure how many years this was a problem.

Mine is doing the same thing. I just replaced the coolant and the light is still on. I figured the sensor is phucked since the coolant was brown and shitty lookin. Maybe I just need to replace the sensor also.

some people have had good results after cleaning the probe with a cotton swab and others like myself have had the lights stay off for a few days just to come back on again. You can try cleaning it, buying a new one at the dealer, or just unplugging the connector to get the low coolant light to turn off... like me
