Default Intake manifold help

i just put my holley intake manifold on last night, and put it back together and fired her up only to here this loud screeching noise. cant find out what it is and then the check engine light started blinking and pulled code said i was misfiring, dont no what is going on need help fast.

Some of those have had trouble sealing. Hopefully someone with one will chime in.

Is the Holley intake you have the newer design that's clearanced for the valley cover bolts ?

Older versions of that intake hit the valley cover bolts and it kept the intake from sealing against the heads properly. If it's the old design you can put flat-top bolts in your valley cover.

Did you already look for pinched wires/loom keeping it from making a good seal ?
