Definitely terrible ground clearance...I have a bunch of other SLP products on my car, so I'm not a regular SLP-basher...I had nothing but trouble with my SLP LTs dragging on speed bumps and the entrance to my driveway...I now have Kooks and they tuck up soooo nicely...

David Hamburger was bragging about his '02 Ultra Z at National Trails about 3 years ago. I asked how the clearance was on his SLP LT's, and he said "not bad at all".

He could barely get 3 fingers between the header and the ground

yeah....u fucked up buyin slp longtubes. first of all, everything they sell is way overpriced. second, they are the worst longtubes for clearance. my pacesetters have about 6-7 ground clearance. my tsp ory pipe has around 5-6 inches clearance. and im lowered!!!!!

SLP headers here and no scrapes with them. they look better then reg. stainless uncoated. lets not talk **** about other headers. just cuz you don't like them doesn't mean someone else won't.

Not talking ****, just sharing my experience with the SLPs. FWIW, I was very impressed with the quality and finish of my SLP LTs...In fact, I liked the appearance so much that I had my stainless Kooks coated...

wasn't referring to you. mater a fact wasn't referring to anyone in particular. it's just a lotta people on this board talk a lot of ****. thats all. different headers meet different peoples' needs.
