Yup, it's very simple. I also ran the wire through the hole behind/under the computer. (passenger side, just in front of windshield, just inside the fender) I hardly ever use it now that I've had it tuned (fans come on earlier) but it sure did help with keeping the temps down during the summer in the meantime.

It is easy...but I don't see how 15 minutes is possible, unless you've done it before, and then maybe 1/2 hour. It took me about an hour. I took the bolts off the computer and moved it to the side, without taking it out. I went through the factory hole, zip tied the wire to other wires under the passenger side dash, then ran it under the center console to the ash tray. I think this is a great place to mount it. If you ever decide to take it out, you can just pick up a new ash tray, instead of having to cover up a hole in your dash. Great mod.

Installing the SLP fan switch is very easy, and takes about 15 minutes to install. It comes with instructions, plugs right in to the factory harness and then all you have to do is ground it and run the switch into the cockpit through the hole behind the PCM.
