You want the 3" in/out. I made mine a dynomouth and it didn't really do much so I'd save the money.

Go with the Spiralflow Spintech muffler. You can find it at Jegs. It's and identical size and shape as the resontator on the LM. It'll fit perfect. I had that exact set up for a little while on my car....mac midlengths, ORY, and LM with the spintech muffler. You will not see any difference if you go with the dynomax...

I had that same question, because i have the slp modular system and i am bout to buy some pacesetter longtubes and i am gunna need to quite it down a bit. I want the borla xr-1 muffler but i am not sure if that will fit in there in the same spot since i have the modular system.

The XR-1 5" round (what I have) is 40085. Kinda pricey, but decent sound.

Trust me, with an off road y, and the LM with the Spintech muffler, it will still be plenty loud. Trust me on this. I had it on my car for a while. It was a good set up.
