Default will Ram Air lid fit Non ram air car?

I wanted to know if a Ram Air intake system will fit into a car that does not have a ram air hood? I am looking at gaining that extra air spca opening. Thanks

The lower air box? I think it will, I remember guys back in the day swaping stock SS lowers for a WS6 one, for little to no gain. Most will say it's best just to cut the bottom of the box out or buy one of the cold air kits.

no u cannot swap the lower air box out unless u wanna slam your hood on your air lid. as far as i know the ws6 air box will only cealr with a ws6 hood. if u dont have the hood do the free cut out, becuase u will see no gains out of this

In theory, the ram air hood does no performance for your car. It is the Ram Air Intake Box with the larger cutout that takes in more air.
