Default Loud noise coming from underneath

Does anybody know the best way to quiet the vibration/loud rattle coming from right underneath the driver seatwhen its idling?
I was told its the heat shield that is making the noise but I dont know if you can remove it or if it a good idea to do so. So any suggestions would greatly help.

Thanks.

Find what is hitting, and bend it out of the way.

only heat shielding i have left i think is the stuff that seperates my GMMG and the fuel tank.....and that will stay. the rest that WAS under the car is gone. no problems here.

Heat shield rattles are easy to fix, start by finding exactly what is rattling. Often a few bends or some shims will solve the problem.
