Gears with a F13

Gears with a F13 This will probably be a F13 114 LSA, and it's on a manual. What would eb the best gears for this setup? I know to maximize the setup it'd probably be 4:10's, but how well would it do with stock 3:43s?

You can leave the 3.42s in for as long as you can stand them. 4.10s would be better however.
I run 1600rpm with my f14 in 6th going down the interstate at no problem..
