How does this new Loudmouth II sound and flow in comparison to the original? Thanks for the help.

SLP Claims that it is 5 less horsepower- However it is a bullet style straight through muffler so i dont see why there would be restriction. It would sound identical to Dynomouth, or TSP Rumbler- to some it willl sound better because itll be cleaner and more refined, to others it might not be loud enough. www.ls1sounds.com check out TSP Rumbler (you may want to buy that instead as well-if im not mistaking its CHEAPER)

A friend of mine has the Ludmouth II setup on his stock 99 trans am, i have a 98 trans am stock also with the TSP Rumbler. I paid 199.99 plus 50 for tips from Texas speed, he paid 349.99 from SLP. The cars sound very similar, with my tsp rumbler having a deeper sound down low and a louder sound when getting on it. He was pissed and may be switching for a different bullet muffler.

I went from the original LM to the LM II. I have MAC Mid's w/ MAC ORY. It was raspy as hell and when I got the cam installed, man was it loud. I couldn't stand the drone while cruising on the hwy. Now that I have the LM II, I like it alot better. It is much quieter and the drone isn't that bad. For now, it will work for me.
