Default Pacesetter LT's + catted TSP ypipe + TSP Rumbler = ?

My marvelous stock catback is disintegrating due to rust.. my right tip fell off
So, I figure it's probably time to get a new catback.

I _really_ like how my current setup sounds: Pacesetter long tubes + TSP catted ypipe + stock catback.
It's quiet (almost stock sounding) at idle / cruise.. and no rasp/drone/etc when accelerating. Very healthy sound.

Which catback would you guys recommend, for the setup above? I was thinking about the TSP rumbler, personally

But I'm not sure. How will it sound at idle / cruise / acceleration? And I notice that its not stainless steel.. will it rust badly? Will it disintegrate like the stock catback in a year or two?

Oh, and jrp. Before you start with the ..

I did search! I didn't find anyone running pacesetter + catted ypipe + tsp rumbler! honest!!

So yeah.. thanks for the input / suggestions

Can't help you with the sound with the Lt's and Y, but on mine (stock manifolds and Y) it does have a bit of drone @1800-2k rpm' it's not bad, and I can drown it out with the radio, @ idle it's louder than stock, but I don't find it much louder (no one has complained and I usually leave for work @ 4:45 am)
As for how long the aluminized pipes will last, my 87 Iroc has a dynomax cat back (aluminized pipe) has so far lasted since 95, and was a DD till Oct 02, and doesn't have a bit of rust on the pipes
Good luck with your cat back search

You must not have searched too hard because I have that exact setup... Pacesetters to TSP catted y-pipe, to TSP Rumbler.

Even before the cam, the car was LOUD... sounded good though, and even with just bolt-ons was a head turner due to the sound. Now with the cam, it sounds even nastier...

my car looks stock (except for the OEM Z06 wheels) so at the local gatherings, I don't get many looks by people who don't know my car, until I start the car up... Then every head whips around on a swivel.

My car is loud all the time... but I don't really know how much of that is due to the cam being there as well. It's loud at idle (enough that when I first installed my cam last year and started the car up, the neighbor across the street got mad), and it's loud enough at cruise I have to raise my voice a little when having a conversation.

No drone/raspy sounds though... the bullet muffler helps out a lot with that, as do the cats.

I just installed Pasesetters with the TSP catted Y with the Loudmouth. Its loud, really loud and mean. I dont really notice a lot more volume at idle and part throttle but when you hit it, it roars.
