New Throttle Body: BBK or Fast? 78, 85, or 90mm? I already ported & polished my stocker and it was a nice gain. If I got another aftermaket tb, it would be more for looks. I tried polishing mine, but just can't get it right. Any extra performance would just be an added benefit. I see the BBK is about $100 cheaper than the FAST models.....

unless you've modified the ls6 inlet the 90 wont work, you'll need either a fast or ls2 90mm intake.
i would of recommended Bo but he's out the game for a while, i believe Cammin BeaSSt is still porting TB's, i'd check with him. if not you can try any one of the other sponsors; TR, TSP, MTI, ect.
i'd stick with a stock ported 75 - 78mm TB.
