Default replacement muffler or cat back?

I was wondering which would be better for the cost a hooker replacement muffler or a full cat back. is the cat back bigger than the stock over axel pipe? would money be better spent on headers & off road Y than cat back? What kind of difference would the dyno show cat-back vs. muffler only?

well the hooker catback can be had for under 300 dollars, but get a hooker muffler or whatever and get a cutout, probably your cheapest option if thats what your looking for

U will really appreciate the Cat-back if you do decide to get headers and a Y pipe, as it will sound cool and flow better than the factory pipes. The cat-back is 3" pipe and is mandrel bent => better flow than the factory and looks better too with the bigger chrome tips out the back. The cat-back is only $275 so its a bargain to begin with. The cat-back is flow proven and is worth the cash.
