Default True duals with Hooker mufflers?

I know true duals come up ALOT in this forum, I did a search and didn't find anything on this though. If there has been a post, please just direct me to it, that said: I'm thinking of ditching my 3" Hooker catback and seeing if I can go with a dual 3" setup with 2 Hooker mufflers (LOVE the Hooker sound) and an X-pipe.

My questions are, can 2 Hooker muffs be made to fit? Would it be best to have a shop custom fab the exhaust for me, or buy one of the available true dual setups and just switch the muffs? With the T-rex and most of the other bolt-ons, about how much HP/TQ could be found?

The ground clearance will be kinda low on the muffler, depending on the size of the muffler case, the mufflers will work, gains vary from car to car. Bullet style muffler like dynomax or spiral flow will have better clearance then the full size muffler, but people still use the full size mufflers on TD systems like magnaflow 4x9's, Flowtech afterburners.

Were you thinking about using the Aeroc Chambers?
You could probably get the spirals or chambered mufflers for better clearance and similar sound.
