PCV tubing question?

PCV tubing question? I am in the process of redoing my PCV system in my 98 Camaro. I am putting in a catch can and going to vent it to the atmosphere from there. My question is can I just use 3/8 hose to replace all the other hose coming off the valve covers or do I need a hard line like there is now? I don’t know how much vacuum is in the line that maybe it could collapse the tubing. The car is procharged as well. Thanks
