Get a ratchet or something with the O2 socket nice and snug on the sensor. Use a jack (i use my old/little 2.5 ton jack) to lift up on the ratchet's handle. I've used that a few times and it's always come through.

Are you replacing the O2? You may try a little bit of heat from torch set or propane household torch. Shouldn't bother anything as long as you stay away from the wires.

Thats what I did and it worked. Let it soak more in OB blaster and jacked away... ta-da.

Thanks guys!

this happens to me all the time at work, completely soak it down with liquid wrench then get something with some leverage to work it back and forth
