Default How much quieter is the non SS exhaust?

I have a 2001 SS and was just wondering if there is much of a difference in the exhaust noise level. I find the SS exhaust surprisingly throbby (convertible) for an OEM exhaust, I don't mind it but was wondering if the non-SS cars were much different.

SLP Dual/Dual is quiter than the regular SS catback.

The standard Z28/TA/Formula catback is a little quieter.

What mods do you have to the rest of the exhaust?

My car is all stock (so far). I planned to put on a Hooker cat back with Aerochamber muffler which a lot of people say is too quiet. I just wondered what they were comparing against. I actually want it pretty quiet.
