Default TSP TD's Installation Q's

Hi guys,

I just did a search and found nothing that I was looking for as far as installation for my TD's. Its pretty simple stuff but I just dont want to mess anything up so I just wanted to ask first.

Im almost finished with my header install and most of the exhaust is hooked up with the exception of the last 2 pieces w/ the hangers. My question is..do I have to drill to get the hangers on to the car?? what size screws should I use?? I dont want to go in too deep but I want it to grab and hold properly. I didnt get screws for the hangers so I gotta get some unless there is something Im missing.

Thanks!

You will have to drill. I used bolts, washers, and locking washers. I drilled right behind the bottom rear seat.

Mine didn't come with bolts, I went to the hardware store and bought some. I used two bolts on the end with a lock washer inbetween. I also used a rubber washer on each side of where it touched the car. I can have some pictures for you tomorrow night.

My car wasn't jacked up so the pictures aren't great, but it is better than nothing.

I don't remember what size bolts. Just go buy some that are smaller than the hole in the hanger and drill accordingly,
