Default electric fans

not sure where to post this so Ill try here. I installed a cam recently and now Im not sure my electric fans are working any or at all. What would be the best way to check into this.

use heavy guage wire and jump the relay terminals

at what temp or when are they supposed to come on.

Turn on the AC...that will at least tell you if they are functional.

Turn on AC and the fans should be on.
