Installing mufflers right after kooks Lt's
I was woundering if any has installed bullets of any brand of muffler right after the lt's. No intermediate pipes at all. Will this work of not? I would think it would be better because the flow of exhaust would have a shorter path. Let me know what you think.

I think this car should only be driven at the track
That combination would result in NASTY vibrations, smells, and sound thoroughout the whole car. As a result, you would smell awful and have a headache in 2 minutes.
I ran my car with open headers for one day before I put on my intermediate pipe. It was awful...and bullets aren't going to muffling much

If you want to run an exhaust like this you'll probably want to run some pipes out to the side of the car to get the fumes, at least partially, away from the car. That type of setup is not for the faint of heart.

If you want to do that, you mind as well look into the TSP Rumbler X. It's a true dual X-pipe setup w/ bullets that bolts right onto your header collectors. It also has 90*turndowns at the end. The exh dumps about mid way through car. Prolly under the back of the driver's seat. I'm trying to look it up but I can't find it.
EDIT: I found a similar setup at LS1 Speed
