Default Codes after header install..need help..

ok these are the codes i am getting after i installed my headers...there are 4 of them...

PO-131 Bank 1 sensor 1 Low Voltage
PO-140 Bank 1 sensor 2 No activity detected
PO-151 Bank 2 sensor 1 low voltage
PO-160 Bank 2 sensor 2 no activity detected

Im assuming these are 02 sensor codes..I got extensions for the front 2 02 sensors and i got the codes deleted for the back ones so what the hell is the problem?

You shouldn't have any sensor 2 codes. Who ever deleted your rear O2s forgot those. As far as the low voltage codes... mabye a bad O2 extension? Usually low voltage means bad O2 sensor.

Bank 1 = driver side
Bank 2 = pass side
Sensor 1 = front
Sensor 2 = rear

P0140 and P0160, along with others should be turned off with rear O2 deletion.

Check the O2 extensions and make sure they aren't melted caused by the headers. Check the connections.
