Is it a good move to get a cutout on a stock exhaust,untill i can get a full set up, and will the cut out make the car sound any better with the stock exhaust.

Cutout sounds okay on stock exhaust. If you just want cheap performance with loud and acceptable sound while waiting for money to do the exhaust a cutout is perfecct.

just cut off the exhaust after the cats and tack the other pipe up so it still looks like you got exhaust. It sounds better than stock. Thats what i did for a month till i got my exhaust done.

Your car will be a lot louder with an open cutout over stock - some people like the sound, some don't. I'd try the cutout first, minimal investment, and you can keep it on the car with whatever setup you decide to go with later.

Best 40 bucks I spent man. Very awesome mod. Once I installed my headers and ORY it was nasty. Thenl I got the duals.
