Default Nasty exhaust leak when I put in the ORP's...

..I just swaped out my cats with the FLPs ORP's and I got a nasty exhaust leak at those connections. I got the brackets on tight and I didnt have it before with the CATs, any one got any solutions or should I just go back to the Cats?

Are the two pipes touching with the ORP's completely covered? and is it both sides or just one?

There is a small gap and I mean small...1/8 of an inch where the header meets the pipe, and even smaller on the other side. The sound is coming from both sides.

Back when I had FLP's, I used a roll of aluminum foil tape ( from Lowes, $2.00 ). I sealed the pipes then put the clamps on. Eliminated rasp and leaks.
