Default PICS...Side exhaust

EDIT: Pics on page two and three

pics to come tomorow...but its badass....the system is all 3"..i used oval pipe to exit the side...both pipes exit the passenger side....i used auger mufflers from an online speedshop...they are quieter than open headerrs...but not much.

the system tucks up real tight because of the oval pipe....i just ran some regular exhaust pipe through my press sandwhiched by two pieces of wood.

sorry for no pics...but i was too excited to not say something...tomorow ill snap some pictures.

so yes...it is possible...many people said their ground clearance sucked...it doesnt hang any lower than the pacesetters do.

Sounds interesting. Is it basically a boom tube with a tiny bit of muffling? Is it a dual system? Is there a crossover? Def get those pics up.

I can't wait to see pics. I plan on turning my TSP true duals into a side exit system. I just completed phase 1, which is installing poly motor mounts so I can tuck the exhaust up close to the body. I think I am gonna swap out the bullets for some sweet thunders and try to run them out both sides into some rectangular tips. I figure I will probably have to oval some pipe if I want decent clearance right in front of the rear wheels.

so you made the oval piping yourself??? that is a great way to save money. oval piping is expensive. did you just leave the ends that attach to the header alone. and how bout them pics.
