im throwing on new headers,....i thought about replacing the plugs while its easier.what brand and gap to set at for a stock engine with 10 # boost on it?
also im guessin its a good idea to replace the o2 sensors....
what do you all recommend?

Most will probably recommend NGK TR6's.
