Default Hooker vs Pacesetter

I need to make my exhaust setup decision by the end of this week. I talked to Shaner (TB porter) and he says that the Pacesetter headers will give as good as gains as the Hooker LT's.

Can yall please help, which should i go with, are the Hookers worth the extra $250+ ????? thanks alot

I plan on running LT's, ORY and dual elec. cutouts.

Well u will definetly save money with Pacesetter. The Hooker are more because u can get them ceramic coated or jet hot coated & they are very shiny. The pacesetter im not sure about if u can get them coated, but they are of good quality. If u never want to help keep rust off them, look into some with jet hot coatings, stainless steel, or ceramic coated.

They say Pacesetters are basically cheaper versions of Hookers and crack more often...

I love my Hookers btw.

I have hookers and a friend has pacesetters. Both fit great and work well. Mine are 3-4 years old and the jet hot coating is flaking off the bottom of the pass side header. The pacesetters are coated as well but less than a year old.

Don't think you will go wrong either way.

Many guys here in S.A. are running Pacesetters and are satisfied. They are a very good bang for the buck. I'm getting mine installed this weekend . If your going to pay more might as well get stainless!

I would get hooker ! They will last longer and make more power that has been proven time & time again .Think of it like this, pacesetters are at the end of the foodchain hooker is in the middle and kooks is at the top !! And if you'd like to see or hear mine i'm in Arlington too...
