I have the magnaflow catback, pretty happy with it. I would like to do lt's for a nice power gain, but I don't really want the car to be any louder than it is now.
How loud would it be in car if i did LT's but a catted y?

This is with Pacesetter LT's a catted TSP y pipe, and cut out. The car is otherwise stock.

Idle is about the same, but crusing around (part throttle under 2000) is actually quieter now, but it does get a little louder above that on acceleration and is noticeably louder at WOT. I would say you won't notice much difference except for in the high rpm range...

Yep. I agree with everyone else here. Threw pacesetters and the TSP catted Y on my WS6 with a stock catback that has the muffler bypassed (think Borla open plate) and it is hardly noticible at idle just a little throatier sound.. however cracking the throttle on downshifts or winding it out makes music that is only best described through experience.
Basically.. it's F'in LOUD when you want it to be and not when you don't!
