Default trying to fix clearence issues without changeing the headers

so ive got slp lt headers...the issue of course is clearence, I dont want to spend the money to get new headers and pay for rediculous install so I was wondering If I could get away with replaceing the SLP Y-pipe and cats with QTP's offroad y-pipe with no cats...It would give me 1" back because the y-pipe and cats take up most of the clearence.

The big question is can I make a QTP offroad y-pipe fit onto my SLP headers?
