Default True Duals ?

Why dont most people go over the axel on both the driver side and the passenger side for TD's over the axel?

Are the ABS brake lines and wiring in the way on the driver's side? Is there a clearance issue?

Not enough clearance. There is the Upper panhard bar and the fuel lines. People can go over both sides w/2.5" piping but it's still really close. They will usually flip the fuel line brackets over and that gives enough clearance on the lines. You still have the upper PHB though.

BMR makes an upper PHB for this. Although, i've never personally seen anyone use them.

This kit replaces the upper panhard rod support and relocates the panhard rod allowing enough room for up to dual 3" exhaust routing over the axle. Heavy duty tubular upper panhard rod support mounts in the original panhard rod location. New heavy duty brackets bolt to existing mounting holes and lower the panhard rod while maintaining the correct geometry. No welding or drilling required. Available standard in your color choice of red or black powdercoat, additional colors also available by

The BMR upper PHB is made for dual pipes over the pass side.

That's typical work from Lane . As said above the BMR upper PHB is for duals over the pass. side. Lane is that 2.5" piping, or 3"?

I've done both 2.5" and 3". Most systems aren't like the ones in the pic though - which we used a custom built Bassani muffler. Normally, it's just tail-pipes built off of dumped systems with bullet mufflers before the axle.

Thanks for the compliments.
