Default qtp cut out question

my qtp keeps "locking up" on me. once it starts to work it seems fine, but sometimes i have to tap the motor or keep wiggling the switch to get it to break loose. any one else have this problem and is there a fix?

I had to take mine apart and re-lock-tight the bolts. My first one crapped out. They offered to help but since I already tore it apart a few times to keep fixing it,I just bought another one.
This ones been on now for almost a year with zero problems.I think a few bad ones slip thru every now and then.Like said above, give them a call they seem to stand behind there product.
