EGR fitting doesn't line up
The egr fitting on my pacesetter on the drivers side
doesn't line up. I am driving with one bolt in. It looks
to be 1/2" off can't even get a scribe in it any fix
for this other than block off egr?

huh, thats wierd. If you can get one bolt in I dont see why the other one wont go in. Could you take a pic of it?. You may have to just get rid of the AIR all together and just get some block off plates. In fact if you dont have stict emission laws where you live, get rid of the air and egr all together.

I thought I was the only one who had a problem with this. , niether of the AIR fitting's on my Pacesetter's lined up correctly.
On the pass side I was able to adjust the AC cannister (whatever that is called) in down lower in the bracket to gain some clearance near the AC lines. On the driver side I tossed the OEM piece of rubber tube from the AIR fitting to the round Air vacum box or whatever it's called (mounted next to the solenoid at the back of the intake manifold) and used a flexible piece of rubber hose cut to fit. I was lucky I just happen tpo have the right size laying around. It helped but the fitting was still a little off and against the brake lines, after removing my AIR a couple weeks ago I found it actually bent the brake line slightly.

I have the right application for mine, the fittings were in the right spot just welded to the headers at a slightly different angle. He may not have the wrong year headers just having the same problems I did trying to get the stock AIR tubes to line up?
On the pass side on mine it forced the AIR tube out far enough that it was hitting the AC lines. On the driver side it caused the AIR tube to hit my brake line and bend it as you can see in the picture above and the stock rubber hose that connects to that round vacum looking thing at the back of the intake would no longer mate up correctly either.
a picture would help
