Default The X pipe (pics)

I was just wondering what everyone opinion might be about my exhaust from the headers through the X pipe it all 3 inch is this over kill or did I gain a lot more over a Y pipe by doing it this way and if so how much is it?

Well, alot of people will say that 3in is overkill which starts the backpressure arguments over again, but I had an ORY and switched to an x-pipe setup 3in piping all the way, and definitley felt like I gained power. The scavenging effects of the x-pipe will make up for any "backpressure" lost if there was any.

Only a before and after dyno would truly be able to show you any gains or losses in the two curves.

I'm hopefuly close to getting a blower that why I went 3inch I was told that this was the way to go but like you said about the back pressure being less, it got me thinking after I got it done
