Default Exhaust leak.... bad

I have a bad exhaust leak

1996 LT1 z28 with SLP 1.3/4" headers

purchased copper header gaskets to put on there ...

What header bolts should i get? I was thinking of getting ones with Allen wrench fittings so I could more easily tighten them (plus also having a prayer of getting a ratchet on them). I know you ought to torque them to 30# but here's my question...

HOW IN THE HELL do i get 30# on to those header bolts???

also, i'm not sure what size collector donut gaskets i need... i think its 2.5" ; anyone know if Autozone, Oreillys or Napa carries these things?

thanks!

edit: oh yea, I WILL NEVER go back to Stage 8 "locking" header bolts again.... If you ever need to get them back off, you can say good bye to your locks/lock clips..... plus sometimes they let the header bolt back off JUST ENOUGH for the leak to start...
