I have a friend with an RS and hes interested in new exhaust. Would 3" catback be too much? How much louder can the V6 get with just a muffler change. If an adapter is used in the i-pipe (after the Y) to expand to 3" will there be enough backpressure. What do you all recommend that are familiar. tnks

3 inch is to much for a stock motor. 2.5 or a stock catback off a ss or ws6 works best.

i only went 3 inch cause of the cam and all listed below.

yeah you dont want to sound like some of the ricers we have runnin round ATL. go ahead and do a 2.5. that would be my best guess.
