My home ported TB
Just a couple pics. I am planning on becoming a sponcer here. I'll keep you guys updated. I should be good to go in about a week. I am seeing what I can in terms on an external coating powdercoat of simlair (similar to how jantzer did his work, except I am an honest hard working person who will bust my *** to get something done. I'll get some new pics in a couple days.

Why didn't u knife edge the bottom of the throttle blade? Those holes you drilled look pretty small too. What I've been told to do is use a 11/64's and 15/64's drill bit. You may also consider cutting off the front part of the throttle shaft to help air flow over the blade faster/smoother.
Below are some pics I used as a model for when I ported mine:

Like to see guys work hard and do people right. Some help from me:
Work on keeping the porting even all the around the inlet- probably not really hurting power, it just shows skill level and attention to detail.
Do the half shaft mod- it doesnt weaken the shaft enough to be worried about a failure, believe me that I have tested this on a spare one day to see what it takes to break it and vacuum or boost wont do it lol.
Throttle stop mod rounds the TB out and once you do a few its pretty much the same amount from TB to TB, just get the blade to open just under 90 degrees.
Work on the finish of the work, these may be "not finished" pix- make sure each one is presentable as your best work and you will go as far as your skill and customer service will allow you to.
Keep it up and good luck

Yes, that TB is not completely done. I would have done the half shaft mod but, one of the torx screws on the blade is rounded out and I can't remove it. I will be polishing that bad boy in the next couple of days. as far as those holes, they are a little small. I will also be fixing that in the next couple days.

The bypass hole doesn't need to be huge (don't remember the size I ended up with, offhand). I filled up to the IAC plunger seat on the other side, kept drilling until I liked the IAC counts and idle.
This was 3 or so years ago, don't remember all the details.
I'm thinking the IAC on mine liked ~3/8 hole going in, not sure of the size I used connecting to the plunger.
Good luck to ya!

well it's a rattle can job, but it's not your typical paint, I have a few connections in the chemical industry so this stuff is supposed to work great. it looks a little better in person than it does in the pics considering i took them when it was pitch black out

Your end product looks pretty good. Whoever's engine that is please for god sakes clean it up, lol, it looks like it has been sitting in a swamp. Also your tb bypass, the hose running from the radiator, get i think dont quite remember but get a 3/8 hose 18" long, looks much cleaner. How much are you planning on charging for your product?
