I would fine out what coating SLP uses. The JetHot Coating is crap and will flake off. A friend of mine has the coated SLP Headers and they look great after 3 years. My coating was shot less than 6 months of being on the car.

Call chris at Jet Hot. The coating wont last for ever because the headers already have rust in the steel.

The Jet Hot is supposed to be good for longer if you have it applied to a new header?

The coating was applied to a brand new header and still flaked. They will recoat them one time only and you cover shipping both ways. With the prep work they do to the header, the coating should not flake off. Best thing is to get stainless steel and coating will never be an issue.
