Default Car Running W/ Vacuum Leak vs No Leak

Apparently, I have been running around the entire time I have had my TEA 1.5 5.3 Heads/FAST 90/NW 90, 228/230 etc etc installed--last 2 months, even had the dyno tune that way. I just found out that the hvac line in the back of the intake was not installed--how much power do you think this caused me to lose on the dyno?

So the line on the intake was the culprit? I am not real sure on power loss but it will definately effect your tune. If you have access to a scanner you may double check that your fuel trims are in line.

The vac leak would have messed up your fuel trims before the tune, meaing you were tuned with artifically "high" Ltrims (PCM thought it was lean due to the leak, hence the PCM added more fuel through higher percentage Ltrims).

Scan the car and see what the LTFTs are now.
