Like the others have said it depends on which direction you go.
When I had my Mac Mids I had a local shop do custom 2.5" H pipe w/ bullets and it ran me $280.00.

After I bought my long tubes I went with:
Summit's universal X pipe 3" $99.99
Sweet Thunders $90.00
Flowmaster Venturi Reducers $22.00
Install $70.00

It's all up to what you want..
