I just checked afterthoughtsauto.com and they're not selling it anymore either. I was thinking of making my own home made version, but was probably going to end up buying a BGRA. Damn...

I'm sick and tired of the gaskets failing on me. I've been through 3 of them in the past month. yes , i oil/grease them.

Anyone got a link to his site, or an email addy for him, theres several places around here that could probably make this, but I'd need some sort of plan/blueprint for the parts (to determine cost)

Brian is a great guy, too bad he's stopping production. Probably just too busy these days. It's been a long time since I sent him an e-mail, but his e-mail used to be bacbreene@attbi.com. You could try that and see if it still works.

Odd, I used the same gasket for 4 years without a single issue.

My first gasket lasted close to a year, then it all went downhill from there.

You might want to contact whoever you ordered it from. How are we suppose to know if you made the cut or not

My gasket started to fall apart too. I opened the hood on a hot day and it stuck to the airbox and ripped a little. The coating ripped off so now it's sticky all over. I run the car without it 90% of the time so it really doesn't matter but it's a shame. It was a good kit. Guess they will be up on ebay for premium price now.

I remember reading that the gaskets will still be made. Dunno if that's fact or not though.

I've had mine for 2 years and have only bought one replacement gasket. First one ripped off the plastic backing, but i haven't had any problems with the second one.
