Tr6's
TR6's vs TR55's .... what is the difference, i know that the TR6 are a colder plug. Would there be any benifit to switching to TR6's? My car likes to run fat and i didnt know if using a colder plug would work better or worse?
Thanks in advance

So switch to TR6's if you enjoy changing plugs every 3 months.

Damn i already haved to change the TR55's every 3000 miles. Maybe i should try a differnt plug all together.

They're great plugs. Made primarily for FI or Nitrous. They're just very prone to fouling, especially if your car runs rich.

They are great plugs but really only used on cars with forced induction or Nitrous. Any colder plug will be more prone to fouling out on a car that is running rich. My tr6's(just pulled them out) looked good and have about 6k miles on them NA(nitrous was disconected for too long , back on now sorta). My car isn't running really rich either but not lean by any means. Go with tr55's for a bolt-on that doesn't have a rich/low timing tune.
