yeah, its the same engine and everything just different intake and some other things. and if the EGR is removed then no problem at all.

the only mod you need to make is your coolant crossover. you ahve to get the ls-6 style coolant lines that runs under the intake manifold. everything else will bolt right up w/ no problem.

i dont think gaskets are needed either, i believe they are built into the manifold... if i remember right... might wanna double check that though...

hey wait a minute. I thought there were 2 different ls6 manifolds. To be clear, we should tell the guy that the z06 one is slightly different from the f-body one in that it has no bracket for throttle cables or something like that because it is throttle-by-wire. right???

I have a ZO6 LS6 intake on my car and it had holes for the throttle bracket, the gaskets are not made on the intake, they are basically O rings on each port that you can remove, some people don't change them, but I think the gaskets are like $10 for the pack, I did it when I changed mine, won't hurt to change them or leave the old ones on...

Just remove the bracket of your old intake.

If you want to keep your AIR and EGR you should get the one from SLP. If your going to dump the emissions then any LS6 will work.
